To Create a new Company Database, in PayWindow select File from the Main menu and then select New Company like shown below.

 

 

This will open the New Company Database Window like you see below. If you are on a single user computer and are not sharing your database over a network, the preferred folder to use it our default folder. Ad if this is your first time, you should see our sample company file like below "paywin.dxi" and the "Wallpaper: sub-folder. Type in your company name like we did below. For this example we typed in "Sample Software Company". Then click Save to create the new company. Note: To not have any problems down the line, do not use and punctuation in the file name as we have found that recent updates to the Microsoft Data tools seem to crash when handling databases with punctuation in the file names.
