W2Express and 1099Express

The W2Express and 1099Express are add-on programs for PayWindow from our partners at 1099Express.com. These software packages will allow you to print the W2 Forms and 1099 Forms on plain paper as well as have the ability to edit before print and even create the files to submit on-line to the government. MAJOR DEADLINE: Copy B to Recipients Due January 31, 2012

1. Both programs CREATE COMPLETE APPROVED FORMs, on Blank Paper FREE! So you never order W-2 or 1099 Copy B or Copy 2 for the PAYEES/Employees.

MAJOR DEADLINE: PAPER Copy A to the IRS/SSA Due by February 28, 2012.

2. W-2 Express is APPROVED by the SSA to CREATE A SCANNABLE black and white COPY A on blank paper using your laser printer. So you never need to order W-2 Copy A or any other W-2 forms. The W-3 Transmittal is also created automatically. This is legal for up to 249 forms. FREE with W-2 Express! Just forget all forms orders for W-2 forms!

3. 1099 Copy A to the IRS MUST BE ORDERED (the red ink, scannable Copy A). Same for IRS 1096 Transmittal. IRS does not allow black and white Copy A for 1099 forms. To avoid this problem, you can e-File 1099 forms, see below.

4. Instead of Paper Copy A on February 28, 2012, upload Copy A to the IRS or SSA! (called e-Filing). E-Filing is FREE 1099 Express and W-2 Express! Thus AVOID ORDERING ANY FORMS, EVER! Getting started e-filing to the IRS is easy. Just click the "e-File" Menu inside the 1099 Express Enterprise program.

1099 Express is an IRS e-File for Business Partner and an Authorized IRS e-File and software provider.

The PayWindow Interface:

Note that you must have 1099Express installed for 1099 Forms and W2Express for the W2 Forms.

In the Report Center under Yearly Reports and the first Tab for W2 / W3 Form as in the example below, you would simply select the W2Express choice as shown and click the Print Now button.

That will open a simple Dialog like seen below. As you can see, we show you where the file was saved and give you an option to open the folder where the file was saved or to launch the saved file into W2 Express. If you have W2Express installed, clicking that button will open that program and load your data ready to use. The instructions are the same for 1099Express as it with W2Express.

Once W2 Express is opened, you can edit the W2 Forms, print them on plain paper and even create the file to submit the W2 Forms on line to the government..
