If you've set up an Hourly Employee to work in different Departments, the differences are shown below. There is a large Enter Hours button that you will click to open the multiple Department entry Window.

 

 

Clicking that button above will open this Window below. Each Department is on a line and you can enter regular time and the two overtime hours as well for each department. As you enter the hours, the total pay will be displayed at the bottom of the tool. When you are done, click the OK button and it will save the time that you entered and you will be ready to calculate the taxes and save the payroll transaction.
