PayWindow 2005 Payroll System, by

with a first-class payroll system. That includes things like doing
your payroll, printing checks, doing reports, printing forms, and
more!
PayWindow 2005 is full-featured and really easy-to-use. I
like the fact that it has State and Federal tax tables that can be
edited. The company provides you with the most current "tax table"
information and all you have to do is edit your tax tables. The
ability to do that saves you hundreds of dollars each year as
compared to other payroll programs that charge you for updated tax
tables. I also like the fact that the program can print checks along
with common forms like the 941 and W-2. The interface is clean and
uncluttered and you don't have to be an accountant to use it. Heck,
you can be doing payroll ten minutes after you install it. Another
feature I like is that it does all the payroll calculations right on
the screen so you can see what's going on. And if you need
reports, and we all need reports, PayWindow 2005 has a wide range to
pick from. Print things like reports for cost accounting, check
register, tax liability, W-2, W-3, payroll history, and many more.
PayWindow 2005 by ZPay Payroll Systems, is a complete package
for handling payroll for small to medium-sized businesses. It has
all the features you'd ever want or need in a payroll package. It
has editable tax tables so you don't have to pay each year to keep
your tax tables up-to-date. It offers a tremendous variety of
reports, lets you print checks, print forms, and much, much more. In
my opinion, you won't find a better payroll package ... period! I
use it myself. So, if you have to do payroll you owe it to yourself,
and to your budget, to take a look at PayWindow 2005. It's

For years I was a happy user of Pro Tym's Thunder Payroll. In
June 2003 when Pro Tym discontinued support, I knew we had to find a
new product--and fast. But I did not want to go with the big,
impersonal companies which provide promise, big invoices, and little
support. Luckily we found PayWindow. I am impressed that support at
PayWindow works closely with us to help us work out our unique
problems effectively. If you are an accounting firm like ours which
enters both after-the-fact payroll and a payroll service to others,
especially if you were once a Thunder Payroll user, go with this

Just Cruisin' Plus Travel
Because of REALLY unpleasant experiences in screwing up 941, 940, FUTA, and SUTA reports when we did payroll manually, I had developed a phobic aversion to dealing with these quarterly tasks, ranking them right up there with root canals.
ZPay was better, but still, the dread was there as I filled out the 941 and the schedule B. For whatever reason, I either forgot (I've slept since the beta test) or never knew about the reporting capabilities embedded in Paywindow. WOW! It is just too cool for words that I can get rid of this chore with a few mouse clicks.
All the accolades and honors you have received for your work in bringing affordable shareware to the general small business user are well deserved, and at the same time insufficient to recognize the true contribution you have made. Thank you once again for doing the things you do.

Thanks for the reply to my question. I finally got everything setup and working the way it
should this morning at my client, Allegheny Log Cabin, Inc.
In my opinion, this is one of the nicest payroll programs I've worked with, including QuickBooks, Red Wing and an in-house program a company created that I used to work for. My client was so happy when I showed her how simple it was to do a payroll. She previously had a payroll company prepare their payroll, and I told her it would be so much cheaper and she’d have better control to do it herself, plus the fact that they are now down to four full-time employees. I love this program so much that I intend to pass the information to a lot of my colleagues in the accounting and tax business.

I down loaded PayWindow to my home pc (with high speed) this morning.
I also went through the tutorials. You've done a great job. I am
very impressed. I am tired of using Peachtree with their $150
updates each year. I will install it on my computer at our florist
shop company which will be after Christmas and be ready to begin the
new year with your package. Really good software for a great price.

Info pro has helped me in organizing my personal information that I
cannot store in other types of programs.
It's very good for storing pieces of
information of any kind. It's fast, very intuitive and has a
friendly user interface.
The feature I most like, is the word
processing feature, it is a Word-like word processor with many
functions.
As a program developer myself, I can
tell that this has been done with XP programming experience. The
application seems to be light and each of the features that it
includes are the result of experience acquired by developers who
always listen to customers as to what they like or do not like in
PIM programs and other types of personal information management type
programs.
